Bennet Staff to Hold Farm Bill Listening Sessions

Senator Michael Bennet invites you to speak with his staff during upcoming Farm Bill listening sessions. This is an opportunity for Coloradans to share with staff members from Bennet’s office how Washington can be a better partner to producers across the state. Anyone with input on the process, including local producers, community leaders, economic development leaders, and local institutions and businesses, is welcome to attend.

Below is a list of upcoming listening sessions:

Hotchkiss: On Thursday, August 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., staff from Bennet’s office will hold a listening session at Delicious Orchards, 39126 Highway 133, Hotchkiss, CO.

Glenwood Springs: On Thursday, August 18, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., staff from Bennet’s office will hold a listening session at the Colorado River Water Conservation District, Board Room, 201 Centennial St., Suite 200, Glenwood Springs, CO.

Craig: On Thursday, August 18, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., staff from Bennet’s office  will hold a listening session at Colorado Northwestern Community College, Craig Campus Library, 2801 W. 9th St., Craig, CO.

Steamboat Springs: On Friday, August 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., staff from Bennet’s office  will hold a listening session at the Routt County Courthouse, Commissioners Hearing Room, 522 Lincoln Ave., Steamboat Springs, CO.

Kremmling: On Friday, August 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., staff from Bennet’s office  will hold a listening session at Moffat County Extension, Grand County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, 210 S. 11th St., Kremmling, CO.
