Doug Monger represents Routt County. He is a fourth generation Routt County native, operates an accounting practice and is a livelong rancher.
He was president of the Colorado Commissioner Association in 2007 and served on its board of directors from 2004 through 2010. He is president of the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, and has served as president, vice president and treasurer of Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado.
Mr. Monger has also served as chairman and vice chairman of the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District and currently serves on the Yampa/White River Roundtable and Inter-Basin Compact Committee.
Mr. Monger’s term expires January 2023.
